Mr. Leo Liao


Mr. Leo Liao was core operation team member of “US-China Business Club”---the earliest international entrepreneur membership club based in Shenzhen in mid 90’s. He later moved and lived in the US for many years. During his overseas period, Mr. Liao dealt with international trade, created his sales & marketing company. He drove and traveled all over the US to sell musical instruments, covered mainland US many times, have been to all 48 states and over 200 cities, total mileage of trip toped hundreds of thousand of miles. Meanwhile, he visited Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan as well. Due to all these personal experience, Mr. Liao broadened his international vision and gained international business experience, became familiar with western business rules, reached deep understanding of US Club culture.


After he returned to China, Mr. Liao attended Mission Hills Golf Club - World’s No.1 Golf Club – as senior sales director. He is also senior consultant to several luxury private clubs in Shenzhen.


Mr. Liao accumulated many years experience on high society elite group service, is an expert in luxury club’s operation, management, marketing and diplomacy fields. He possesses rich practical experience and unique creative mind. Mr. Liao specializes in high-end connections integration, platform business model operation, international diplomatic events planning, club alliances build-up, fashion and luxury brands marketing management, etc.





Mr. Dennis Ding


Mr. Dennis Ding was graduated in world famous Les Roches Hotel Management School, and had gained a master degree in hotel management. He used to work for Geneva Kempinski Hotel, Paris Four Seasons Hotel, BLUCHE CDV luxury Bar & Restaurant, New York National Golf Club, Shenzhen InterContinental Hotel, etc. He’s been in charge of a series of luxury club’ projects, such as the Shanghai YiDeXuan Fine Arts Club, Shenzhen YiDeXuan Private Club, SCP “The Noble Club”, KIN BAY CLUB.


As an expert in international five star clubs’ pre-opening, operating and managing, Mr. Ding possesses rich project operation experience in luxury clubs. His professional expertise and foresight made him an authority and elite in high-end membership club management.





Allan Liu


Mr.Liu is a senior sommelier who used to work in international five star hotels, and is responsible for managing the lounge bar and professional training. He possesses rich hotel management experience, and engaged in three projects for pre-opening and management.





Hannah Zhu


Ms. Zhu used to work for five star hotel’s fine restaurant, and is in charge of banquet arrangement. She possesses rich customer service experience. In 2012 she was assigned to Shenzhen and Shanghai to engage in the pre-opening and management of two private club projects.





Anne Xu


Ms. Xu was graduated on hotel management, and used to work for InterContinental hotel group and Starwood hotel group, such as Crown Hotel, InterContinental Hotel, and Westin Hotel. She also worked for Shenzhen’s well-known Hua Club. She has engaged in pre-opening of two hotels and two clubs. Her expertise is focused on sales, events planning, customer group development, clients’ maintenance, etc.





Bonnie Fang


Ms. Fang worked for five star hotel’s fine restaurant during 2011~2012. In the end of 2012 she was assigned as CIXI Club Operation manager. She has assisted the pre-opening of other clubs. Her professional skills and meticulous style are well appreciated by her supervisors.





Silver Tu


Ms. Tu used to work as senior receptionist for five star hotels. She has good logic and professional manner, and is good at recruiting and training talents. She plays an important role in CIXI’s backup & management department.





Elle Gao


Ms. Gao used to work for several well known catering companies. She has rich training and management experience, and is good at company culture buildup and staff quality management. She has deep understanding towards international fine restaurant management model.
